Truong Thinh Corp fabricates 1,200–1,500 tons of steel per month, equal to 14,400–18,000 tons per year, at one steel structure factory in Ho Chi Minh City. Current company data is kept on the Company Facts page.

A PEB includes primary frames, secondary framing (purlins and girts), bracing, roof and wall cladding, and connections. They are designed and fabricated as one system. Read more: pre-engineered steel building manufacturer in Vietnam.

A PEB uses built-up sections tapered to the bending moment and suits repeated frames such as factories and warehouses. A conventional frame uses rolled sections and suits heavy cranes or irregular geometry. See PEB vs conventional steel building.

An industrial building is designed around the production process: crane loads, equipment supports, heavier floors and ventilation. A warehouse is designed mainly for clear span and racking. See industrial steel building.

Columns, rafters or beams and trusses form the primary framing. Purlins, girts and bracing form the secondary framing. Connections and cladding complete the building. See steel structure components.

Design and detailing usually take 2–4 weeks and fabrication 4–8 weeks, depending on volume. Erection adds 6–12 weeks for medium-scale projects, and most projects finish within 3–6 months from design approval. See steel structure lead time.

Erection scope is agreed per project. Truong Thinh Corp supplies erection drawings and technical support, and a local contractor can assemble to them. Any supervision on site is stated in the quotation. Ask through the quotation form.
