TMT Southern Auto Showroom

TMT Auto’s showroom and service center in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City needed structural steel that could serve two very different functions under one roof: a showroom floor built for display and customer traffic, and a service house sized for truck servicing bays — a combination that drives different span and clearance requirements across the same building.

Across a 9,000 m² site with the showroom and service building itself exceeding 1,000 m², Truong Thinh Corp delivered construction and structural design for the 2017 project, supporting TMT’s expansion as one of Vietnam’s leading truck manufacturers and distributors — tall clear spans for the service bays, a more conventional showroom floor for display, resolved as one coordinated structure — a dual-zone design approach related to our guide on steel structures in mixed-use construction.
