Thang Loi Showroom – Long An

Thang Loi Showroom in Duc Hoa, Long An called for a different kind of steel work than a warehouse or retail floor: facade structure. Built in 2022 across 1,200 m², Truong Thinh Corp’s scope on this project was specifically the showroom’s facade steel — the visible structural frame that carries glazing and defines how the building presents to the street, rather than the full building envelope.

Facade steel has to satisfy architectural intent as much as load calculation — consistent member sizing, clean sightlines through glazed sections, and connections detailed to stay visually unobtrusive — a different design brief from structural framing that will be hidden behind finishes — the same architectural-steel thinking behind our luxury villa construction work.
