Dam Gia Hotel – Vinpearl Nha Trang M&E

Dam Gia Hotel is a nine-floor, 43,216 m² villa-and-resort-hotel complex developed by VinGroup in Nha Trang — and Truong Thinh Corp’s scope here was the M&E system, not the primary structure: mechanical, electrical, and building-services installation coordinated against an already-rising steel and concrete frame — the kind of tall hospitality structure covered in our guide to steel structures in high-rise building construction, on a schedule set by VinGroup’s project board.

Coordinating M&E through a nine-floor hospitality building means routing risers, HVAC, and electrical distribution through floors that are simultaneously being fitted out for guest rooms above and public hospitality spaces below — a sequencing challenge distinct from a single-purpose industrial project. Truong Thinh Corp’s team worked within VinGroup’s construction timeline across the 2015–2016 build, delivering M&E systems across the full resort hotel area on schedule.
