Summer Tour 2022 – Theme “Connecting Power – Connecting Success”
After completing the preparations on August 17, 2022, we packed our backpacks and hit the road together. Meeting at the same location, looking at each other affectionately with loving eyes and smiles on our lips, it was hard to describe in words. The feeling at that time was not only eagerness and excitement, but also a small joy when meeting everyone, from the office block to the factories in Long An, Binh Duong, or the technical brothers “undercover” at large and small projects across the country. The journey by car lasted 2 hours, but everyone forgot all the fatigue when immersing themselves in the interesting games organized by the tour guide.
The children were very excited to pet the sheep for the first time. The gentle golden sunlight and cool breeze made the trip even more enjoyable. After that, we moved to Binh Chau Hot Spring Resort – one of the most popular destinations when traveling to Vung Tau to experience activities such as boiling eggs and relaxing foot baths in natural mineral springs. When surrounded by the lush green of nature, the fatigue of life seemed to disappear.
At 12 noon, we had lunch and went to the 4-star hotel – Lan Rung Resort – to check in, rest and prepare for the afternoon team building program. Before the trip, I had consulted many sources of information; every week here it rains heavily. We had a team building schedule at 3:30 pm, but at exactly 3:20 pm, dark clouds covered the sky and it started to rain. But somehow, just a few minutes later, the sky cleared up and returned to its original blue color. Surely this is God’s will to please people. What could be more wonderful than the explosive moments of a team building session with the participation of all members of the group, the company’s Board of Directors, employees and their families, all immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the games. Whether it’s riding deer across the sea or racing cars, the whole Truong Thinh team is not afraid of challenges, true to the slogan “Work hard – Play hard”. The bright yellow uniform with the Truong Thinh logo printed on the chest brightens up Ho Tram beach, attracting all eyes of tourists.
The trip would not be complete without the Gala Dinner night with exciting activities such as celebrating the birthdays of members born in August, the lucky draw program “Happy travel – Open great gifts” and cute lion dance performances by the children.
On the second day of the trip, we spent time resting, swimming in the sea and then headed back. We had the opportunity to shop for local specialties at the Long Thanh Dairy Farm stop.
The 2022 Summer Trip of Truong Thinh family has ended successfully. On behalf of all staff and families, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Company’s Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Trade Union for organizing a fun, healthy and meaningful trip. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I would like to sincerely thank the brothers and sisters of Truong Thinh company and their families for accompanying us on this trip. For those who missed this trip, we will definitely join together in the following seasons.
