1.1 Factory scale and production capacity

Truong Thinh’s manufacturing system is developed under an optimized layout following modern industrial production models. The total production area covers over 25,000 m², including 15,000 m² of indoor workshops for fabrication and welding, and 10,000 m² of outdoor yards for storage and shipping.

With a designed capacity of 1,200–1,500 tons of steel structures per month (equivalent to 15,000–18,000 tons per year), Truong Thinh is fully capable of handling large or technically complex orders. The factory is strategically located in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, the key industrial hub of Southern Vietnam.

2.1 Phase 1: Drawing review and fabrication design

Each project begins with drawing review and feasibility analysis. Truong Thinh engineers verify all design drawings, propose optimized fabrication solutions, and prepare detailed shop drawings to minimize material waste and shorten processing time. All drawings are cross-checked between the Design and QC departments before production.

2.2 Phase 2: Cutting and drilling

CNC and Plasma cutting technology ensures high precision and minimal geometric error. All incoming materials are verified with CO/CQ certificates for clear origin and quality traceability. Each plate, beam, and bracket is labeled with a unique tracking code stored in the company’s digital production management system.

2.3 Phase 3: Assembly and welding

After cutting, components are assembled and welded using automated or semi-automated systems for high productivity and uniform quality. All welds undergo Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) before, during, and after welding to detect any defects early. Parameters such as temperature, speed, and welding angle are recorded and stored per ISO 3834 requirements.

2.4 Phase 4: Surface preparation and coating

Before painting, all surfaces are shot-blasted or sandblasted to achieve Sa 2.5 cleanliness. Protective coatings are applied based on project requirements — two-component epoxy paint, fireproof coatings, or hot-dip galvanizing. Dry Film Thickness (DFT) is inspected with certified measuring devices, with reports issued for each batch.

2.5 Phase 5: Trial assembly, marking, and packaging

Complex components are trial-assembled at the factory to verify fit-up accuracy prior to shipment. Each member is then numbered, categorized, packaged, and delivered with full technical documentation. This process minimizes errors, shortens erection time, and ensures on-site efficiency.
