A. Delivery policy:

TRUONG THINH cooperates with reliable shipping partners to deliver products directly to customers nationwide.
Our staff will notify you of the delivery date in advance (via convenient channels for both parties: phone, email, etc.). Upon receiving this notification, please arrange a recipient at the agreed delivery location.

2. Shipping costs:

TRUONG THINH is committed to providing high-quality products and services at competitive prices. Shipping fees will be discussed and confirmed with customers before delivery.

3. Delivery time:

Delivery will occur within the agreed timeframe once the order procedures are fully completed. Shipping time is based on the agreed order and delivery schedule (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery time is calculated from the date payment is confirmed.

Please note that Truong Thinh reserves the right to adjust delivery time in cases of force majeure such as adverse weather, traffic issues, vehicle breakdowns during transport, or warehouse/export delays. Customers will be promptly notified in such cases.

B. Payment instructions:

TRUONG THINH strives to provide the most convenient experience for customers. Payment should be made 100% in advance of delivery or according to the signed contract. Available payment methods include:

1. Bank transfer:

Please include the customer’s name or company name and payment details in the transfer notes, following the instructions provided by our order or payment management staff.

2. Cash payment:

Cash payments can be made directly to the staff responsible for the order or our payment management personnel. Customers may also negotiate payment terms with TRUONG THINH to ensure the most convenient arrangement.

C. Return and exchange policy:

To ensure customer satisfaction, TRUONG THINH provides the following return/exchange policies:

1. Incorrect, incomplete, or missing items:

We encourage customers to check orders before signing the delivery receipt to ensure that items match the order in type, quantity, and color. If items are delivered incorrectly, please contact the responsible staff or hotline +84 935 657 568 immediately. Claims made after 3 business days from delivery may not be supported.

2. Technical defects:

If you encounter technical issues or products fail to meet the purchase requirements, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check the usage instructions in the product’s “User Manual” (if provided).

Step 2: Contact TRUONG THINH to report the issue. We will collect information and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve product defects. If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect, we will ensure resolution according to company policy.
