3. Truong Thinh steel structure quotation process

To ensure accurate and optimized quotations, Truong Thinh applies a 5-step closed process following ISO 9001:2015 standards. The steps below describe the workflow — from receiving drawings to fabrication, inspection, and installation — ensuring consistency and full quality control for every project.

Step 1: Document receipt & Technical review

Clients provide PDF/DWG or Tekla files. Engineers assess feasibility, materials, and connection methods, then prepare a detailed technical checklist.

Step 2: Quantity take-off & Technical proposal

Drawings are analyzed using Tekla, SAP2000, and AutoCAD to extract main and secondary frame quantities and accessories. Optimization solutions are proposed to reduce steel weight, minimize welding/cutting costs, and select materials meeting TCVN, ASTM, and JIS standards.

Step 3: Detailed quotation & Schedule proposal

A clear quotation is presented for each item — materials, fabrication, and erection — accompanied by a production, inspection, and delivery timeline.
