Phan Duy Cold Storage Complex

Phan Duy’s dry and cold storage complex in Nhut Chanh Industrial Park covers 60,000 m², and Truong Thinh Corp’s scope here sat outside the building envelope itself: the internal road network and water supply/drainage infrastructure serving the site, where the yard and transportation area alone accounts for more than 20,000 m².

A logistics site this size lives or dies on how well trucks, forklifts, and material flow move between the cold storage buildings and the yard — road layout, drainage capacity, and water supply routing all have to be planned around the operational flow of a working cold-chain facility, not just laid out as generic site infrastructure.
