Truong Thinh Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company executed five separate construction packages for the Tay Ninh PMU’s first-class irrigation canal system at Ho Dau Tieng — a scope that sat outside structural steel entirely: concreting the earthen canal bed and renovating the operating road running alongside it in Duong Minh Chau district.

The work included laying a red-gravel surface on the first-class canal’s operating road and preparing the road bed along the canal bank ahead of final surface construction — civil and infrastructure work completed in 2014 that demonstrates Truong Thinh Corp’s scope extends beyond steel fabrication into the site infrastructure that supports larger industrial and agricultural water-management projects.
