The company’s operations are managed by 4 Deputy General Directors, each responsible for a key business pillar.

• The Deputy General Director of Investment Development oversees real estate and other investment activities, driving strategic growth and ensuring projects align with market demands.
• The Deputy General Director of Construction and Mechanical Engineering manages technical design, manufacturing, and installation across Truong Thinh’s steel structure factories, ensuring that all systems and teams work together to ensure efficient plant operation at scale.
• The Deputy General Director of Import–Export Business leads general trading, marketing, and the food additive factory, ensuring competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
• The Deputy General Director of Finance & Human Resources directs accounting, materials management, and HR administration, maintaining cost control, workforce development, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

2. Engineering and Design Team

Truong Thinh Corp’s success in the field of steel structures is built on the capacity of its team of engineers and designers, including more than 100 experienced experts. This team is organized in a professional structure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every stage of the project.

The team is led by Head of Department Dang Dinh Son and department heads, including:

• Technical Department: Headed by Head of Technical Department Nguyen Hoang Dung, together with 15 engineers and 6 supervisors & QC experts, responsible for managing detailed designs, construction drawings and structural analysis according to strict international standards such as ASTM, JIS and EN.
• QC Department: Under the leadership of QC Head Le Van An and Deputy Heads Dang Ba Thong and Pham Van Phuc, this department ensures all designs and finished products meet the highest quality requirements of domestic and international customers.

Supporting this core department are highly specialized units, including 8 shop drawing experts, 15 qualified CO₂ welders, 20 assemblers and 6 painters – all working closely together to transform raw materials into finished components. This team is also enhanced by specialized teams:

• Processing Team: led by Vo Kim Dinh.
• Assembly – Welding Team: led by Mai The Nghi.
• Painting Team: led by Dang Ba Cong.
• Packaging & Delivery Team: led by Dang Dinh Hong.
